CWE has highly qualified staff with expertise in groundwater recharge management and optimization.  Our staff has extensive experience in the operation and maintenance of reservoirs and major flood control systems and can provide services to ensure adequate flood protection and the maximization of groundwater recharge and reuse opportunities.  Our personnel also have expert witness testimony experience and are available to serve in this capacity.

CWE provides engineering advice to homeowners on the installation of inexpensive, temporary devices to minimize flood damage from sediment and debris laden flows, to private properties that are downstream of areas impacted by fires.
