CWE offers a wide range of stormwater related construction and development services.  CWE approaches each project with site-specific and cost-effective solutions to control erosion and stormwater runoff pollution from construction sites, and meet post-construction Best Management Practice (BMP) requirements.

CWE's professional staff has extensive experience in preparing Standard Urban Stormwater Mitigation Plans (SUSMPs) and Water Quality Management Plans (WQMPs) to comply with development and significant redevelopment requirements under NPDES Municipal Stormwater Programs.  Our team of professionals are knowledgeable of the SUSMP/WQMP requirements and understand the importance of obtaining timely project plan approvals.

CWE assists both private and public sector clients with the development of Storm Water Pollution Prevention Plans (SWPPPs) and Erosion Control Plans to meet stormwater discharge requirements.  CWE also offers site inspection and stormwater training services to ensure compliance with the SWPPP and General Construction Activities Stormwater Permit.
